Siphe obtained her LLB degree from the University of the Free State in 2022. She then commenced her practical vocational training at Honey Attorneys in January 2023, under the guidance of Mr Percy Mudzusi. She gained knowledge on a range of legal matters including pension fund litigation, financial planning and contract law.
In March 2025, she was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court.
